10 Habits For A Healthy Life

Living a healthy lifestyle can seem daunting if it is a new change for you.

But it is completely attainable to live a healthier life!

There are habits you can start doing that will help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

A higher healthiness level can be achieved by starting to implement these 10 Habits for a Healthier Life!

The key to making your life healthier is to take your healthy life journey one step at a time.

Try adding one new healthy habit to your life every few weeks.

If you try doing 10 new things at once it can be overwhelming and lead to you giving up on your new healthy lifestyle.

And remember to be patient with yourself!

Becoming a healthier person will not happen overnight.

But if you start to slowly implement these helpful habits for a healthier life you can start to slowly and steadily become a healthier person.

Habit 1) Get 10,000 steps a day or more if you can. Try a fitness tracker watch to help you achieve this habit consistently!

Habit 2) Eat 4 servings of fruit every day. Make one of your servings a cup of berries. Eat 5 servings of veggies raw and some cooked. Try adding fruits and veggies together making smoothies.

Habit 3) Do at least 15 minutes of yoga stretching when you wake up in the morning and another 15 before bed.

Habit 4) Get 30 minutes a day of fresh air. Either walks or just sitting outside.

Habit 5) Drink lots of water! The general rule of thumb is to aim for 11 cups of water for men and 8 for women.

Habit 6) Start reciting positive affirmations every day. Try to spend 5 minutes doing this at the beginning and end of every day. Writing them down in a journal is even better.

Habit 7) Pack your lunch for work. Grabbing food or skipping lunch are both generally less healthy than packing your own lunch. Making meals at home is healthier and allows for leftovers.

Habit 8) Make a plan to exercise 5 times a week. Create the plan for those workouts at the beginning of every week.

Habit 9) Do your skincare routine every morning and night. Be sure to wear spf 50 sunscreen.

Habit 10) Start meal prepping! Not only does meal prepping help you keep on track with eating healthier but it also saves money and decreases food waste. Get some cute meal prepping containers to motivate you!

Healthiness habits need to include every area of your life.

So start implementing all of these healthier life habits to start becoming the healthiest and hopefully happiest version of yourself!
