It is the end of the year and a time for some needed reflection. I am saying goodbye to 2107, which is easy, and hello 2018, which is exciting! I’m ringing in the New Year here on my farm in Arkansas. I Hope it snows! I have so much to look forward to 2018. I am going to set some goals, take actions, (even small ones count!), and be more consistent with the expectations I want to create.

You can change only YOUR thoughts and actions, not those of others. Believe in yourself! We can create self-fulling prophecies.

First, I have to say how grateful I am for all of you being a part of my life. Each and every one of you feeds my passion for coaching. I would not be able to do what I love and thrive daily if it was not for you allowing me to be your support system. I love helping people transition to a healthy plant-based protein filled diet. Yummy! I love helping you reach your weight loss and health goals.

So thank you for allowing me to be your coach. I know there are a lot of choices out there and plenty of support to choose online and you picked me! Thank you.

Also, thank you for choosing a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet. I know It is not the easiest transition. However, after 25 years of being a dietician and researching foods and health I know it is the healthiest diet on the planet. Eating a healthy vegan diet really gets easier as it becomes your lifestyle. As you know your body feels so much better. So congratulations to you for making the choice to eat a whole food plant-based diet. Together we will thrive as we transform our lives.

If you have health you have hope and if you have hope you have everything. So cheers to your health!

Happy Holidays to all,
