Commit to eating a whole food plant based diet and no oil, sugar or white flour for 21 straight days.
After three weeks, the pursuit of that goal should have become a habit.
Once you’ve established that habit, you continue to do it for another ninety days.
Do not rush, sit quietly and think about the importance of bringing that change into your life.
Like for me, a plant based diet, exercise and meditation will provide me a healthy body, happiness, and inner peace.
To accomplish the goal, I will wake up early in the morning do yoga & meditate, prep healthy foods and take the dogs for a 45 min walk.
In the same way, think, set your goals and apply the 21 90 rule.
