Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsweetened applesauce
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup plain unsweetened almond milk or plant milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds mixed with 2 tablespoons warm water
- 2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped walnuts

Hi Sheri,
I’ve made this bread last night, but could not get it cooked completely on the inside, not even after doubling the cooking time.
It tastes great though, so will try again, but do you have any idea on what mifht have gone wrong?
