Cacao-Coconut Ice Cream

Serves 2

2 Cups ice cubes

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup birch xylitol

1/4 cup chopped pecans

2 T unsweetened cocoa powder

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to the desired consistency. Serve right away. If stored in freezer, let the mixture stand at room temp for a few minutes before serving.
