Dieting Does Not Work

Dieting Does Not Work

Here’s a truth that not many lifestyle dietitian coaches will openly share…

Being in full alignment with your desire for WELLNESS trumps ANY diet strategy out there.

So how do you know if you’re in a diet mentality, you may be asking?

Have you caught yourself:

  • Counting Calories or Macros? Using a tracking device like My Fitness Pal?
  • Weighing yourself the day after a splurge then feeling defeated and spiraling down emotionally?
  • Fasting to recover from “going off your diet” only to binge the next day from hunger.

Just to name a few…

And I get it!

Sometimes we are so consumed by making sure we are ‘losing weight’ we take drastic measures. Only leaving us to feel discouraged, and depleted nutritionally.

That we forget the main ingredient to creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle:

→ Being in FULL desire to be living a healthy, beautiful life and focusing on wellness ←

You can have a food plan, and an exercise program.

But if the DESIRE to want to LIVE healthy is misaligned with what we truly believe, none of the above will truly matter.

When we OWN our uniqueness and create from a place of confidence, magic happens.

So while we focus on making ourselves healthy…

Our promises are irresistible….

And our strategies streamlined…

Remember that nothing will beat being in full integrity and alignment with YOUR unique brilliance.

This is why my personalized coaching approach with a plantbased food plan will focus on extracting exactly that; and help you craft your brilliance in a never-been-seen-before wellness results that will not only improve your health, but will have you feeling in absolute alignment with your best self ever.

It’s time to stop strategizing, and instead cultivate the belief that our own brilliance is enough.

With love,

Sheri ❤️
