Ingredients:
Wet Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Ener-G Egg Replacer mixed well with 4 tbsp water
Dry Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinammon
3/4 tsp powdered ginger
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4-1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
