Fruits are Good for You

The more fat you eat, the less tolerant of carbohydrates your muscles and liver become, regardless of whether your dietary fat is cheese, meat, eggs or plant based avocados, olive oils, coconut oils.

It is the high fat foods you eat before fruit that makes it difficult for your muscles and liver to metabolize glucose effectively.

Fruits are not processed simple sugars matter of fact sugars are complex carbohydrates containing high density micronutrients like vitamins, minerals, fiber, water, antioxidants, and phytochemicals.

When you MINIMIZE your fruit intake you limit powerful healing effects!

The tissues of your body miss out on valuable anti-inflammatory compounds required for optimal physiological functions and tissue longevity!

Reducing total fats and replacing them with legumes,fruits and veggies will balance your blood sugars and your hormone insulin!

The fruit will maximize ENERGY levels by increasing fruits to 5- 15 servings a day and MICRONUTRIENT intake!

Increasing fruits and reducing fats and of course all processed junk foods that are simple sugars will help balance your blood sugars, lose weight and feel great!
