Green Smoothie Salad in a Cup 

- 3 cups of organic baby spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 2 table spoons fresh ginger
- 1 whole lime
- Stevia or Xylitol for added sweetness
- 2 cups of water

Optional:2 cups of water or Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk.
Blend and pour over ice. Drink as a very low calorie snack. Helps digestion and boosts energy!
