Green Smoothie Salad in a Cup green_smoothie
  • 3 cups of organic baby spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • 2 table spoons fresh ginger
  • 1 whole lime
  • Stevia or Xylitol for added sweetness
  • 2 cups of water
  • Optional:
    2 cups of water or Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk.
 Blend and pour over ice. Drink as a very low calorie snack. Helps digestion and boosts energy!
*Add an apple for Phase 1 approved.
