Recipe - Homemade Soy Yogurt

🍃1 box of Plain Soy milk no preservatives. Ingredients has to be Soy Beans and Water to work.

🍃Boil the soy milk to a full bubbling boil stir occasionally and then turn off heat.

🍃Remove the skim from top

🍃Let it cool to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. (Use a candy thermometer to measure)

🍃I am bowl mix some of the cooled soy milk and add to 3-4 Tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt from store. This is your culture agent to thicken. (Can’t be too hot or cold or will kill the culture).

🍃Add this mixture to the pot of soy milk yogurt 110 degrees and lightly stir.

🍃Then immediately pour into a glass container or glass jars.

🍃Cover with a lid and place in refrigerator over night.

🍃Save 1/2 c homemade soy yogurt for a future culture to make another batch.
