How bad do you want your happy weight?

I could feel the tension soften as she approached me offering her help.

The way she was speaking was making me relax and feel more confident.

I’ll tell you what was going on in a second, but first some context:

A couple of weeks ago, I was off the farm in the big city going shopping at this beautiful mall…

I went into the store Anthropology having fun looking around. I did not know where to begin.

… when this women came up to me with a pair of boyfriend jeans and a cashmere sweater and asked if I’d like to try them on.

The jeans were size 26? I thought can I be this size?

But something about these jeans caught my attention.

She encouraged me to try this outfit.

The way she made me feel was spectacular.

She made me feel beautiful. This was the size jean I always dreamed one day I would wear.

Forever.

The way she was talking made me turn around and grab the outfit and step into the dressing room.

I could feel my body relax and be at ease as she spoke.

There was no freaking way I was not going to try these jeans and sweater on.

I imagined myself being somebody who wears this smaller size 26.

And that made me feel really good about myself.

Other than how I felt about trying them on, was how she said you have a great figure that outfit will look great on you.

I felt other women in dressing room area staring.

Because trying on clothes is NEVER an issue when you are at your happy weight.

Some people don’t ever believe they can be at their happy weight because they think it is impossible.

But that’s B.S. ❌

People reach their goal weight ALL the time.

The difference is, the people who never give up they focus on what they want.

The work it takes to dump pounds is irrelevant when your desire to be happy in your clothes is more meaningful…

So fluid

So alive

That people can’t help but to want it, and want it
