Do You Eat Greens For Breakfast

Now you can see why I’m so passionate about smoothie bowls eating my fruits and veggies in the most delicious way!

Smoothies are easy to make. You don’t need to spend a ton of time or money. And you don’t even need to know your way around in the kitchen!

That’s why I am sharing some Smoothie Recipes. It’s an easy solution to help you jump-start this powerful practice. If you want more of a bowl to eat with a spoon add less liquid.

Sneaking Kale, Spinach or Swiss chard into my smoothies was a way for me to lean in to better health. Smoothies are a delicious way to sneak a few extra servings of greens in the AM.

My digestion was a mess before I added fiber to my daily routine. And not fake fiber from a bottle––real fiber from fruits and vegetables. Blended up in delicious ways, this give me energy and starts my day in an amazing way!

The one thing I’m religious about is my daily smoothie. I’m not exaggerating when I say that out of 365 days per year I likely miss about 10-14 days (yay for vacations!).

Heck, my immune system relies on my plant-based diet and so do I. I’ve been living and thriving on the plant-based foods for 10 years rarely getting a cold and I attribute this partly to my daily smoothie practice.
