Kick the Sugar Habit

It has been 2 years since I have had any foods made with sugars, white flour and or oils.

I wanted to kick the habit.

Over time as I resisted the urge for 🛑 sugar, oils, white flour, all my cravings for processed foods disappeared!

My moods stabilized, I felt energetic, happy and less hungry.

It is the contrast of how good one feels eating clean vs how one feels eating junk food.

This is “why” I continue eating plantbased avoiding sugar, white flour and oils.

I feel so darn good!

My focus is on feeding my body a variety of complex carbs, fruits, starchy veggies, legumes and plenty of fresh raw foods… to feel alive!

This has made a HUGE difference in my ability to manage my weight.

I am never hungry and very satisfied!

My blood sugars are balanced and my hormones too!

I find so much joy in eating plantbased no sugar, white flour or oils.

My struggles are gone!

Finally, I have a peace of mind, a healthier relationship with food while maintaining my weight!
