Every morning, we have a chance to make a choice – and then practice being that new version of ourselves, all day long.
In fact, one of the things I really appreciate about life is we have a chance to change ourselves in every moment.
And the great thing is, if we don’t get it right the first time, we can begin again. And again.
Just like an actor on a set, or in rehearsal, we can do another take.
Remember: there’s no such thing as failure in transitioning to a healthier plantbased diet.
It’s all information and feedback.
We can keep learning … keep practicing… keep experimenting.
We keep believing, behaving, and becoming.

Our health improves by eliminating processed foods and animal proteins.
We are open minded to trying new foods, we’re designing our own eating style, we are improving our health, growing in numbers, compassionate about the animals and never giving up.
We’re not just learning this new way of eating or following the recipes; we’re creating them ourselves.
We have the power to make a change from the way we grew up eating – and change it – moment by moment.
Learning how to embody a new lifestyle and free ourselves from old ones – with confidence and skill – requires energy, awareness, intention, knowledge and practice.
