Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 8 pitted dates
- 1/4 c Nut Butter
- 2 c Rolled Oats
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 1/4 c chopped raw nuts
- 1/4 c cacao nibs
- 1 c fresh or frozen berries or chopped apples, mango
Instructions:
- Mash bananas with fork to make a purée.
- Chop dates into tiny pieces and add to banana purée.
- Add nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, and chopped nuts mix till blended.
- Fold in fruit.
- Pour dough into a parchment paper lined 8×8 dish.
- Make cookies: Put dough in refrigerator till cold.
- Press slightly down either way.
- Bake 20-25 minutes till brown
- 10-15 minutes for cookies.
