Ingredients:
- 2c of ground oatmeal (grind in blender)
- 1c almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
I put a little coconut oil on a hot skillet. Add fresh strawberries or slightly cooked blueberries or top with a little organic maple syrup.
