Sleep More, Weigh Less

Did you know that Sleep is a HUGE part of weight-loss! The more really good deep REM sleep you give your body at night the more easily you will lose weight.

Less stress is really important. Stress is made up in your own head and is not real unless you make it so.

Being “stressed out” is a habit of saying aloud to others; a complaint. It is negative energy and it will continue just by saying and believing in it.
Practice gratitude. Being thankful for all the wonderful things you have in life makes it difficult to be self involved. 🙏

Meditation helps so you can rest comfortably at night and helps clear the mind.
If you are struggling with reaching your goal weight; ask yourself how have I been 😴 sleeping? Am I being grateful?
