Swimsuit season: 3 tips to get your body beach-ready (regardless of your age)

Do you want to get a beach-ready body? It’s not too late with these 3 tips, no matter if you are in your 20s or 50s…

Water intake

Cut out caffeine and alcohol and sip 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to flush out toxins. Not drinking enough water will make yoSheri_beach_Hawaiiu look bloated because your body retains water underneath the skin’s surface.

Lean protein

Stick to lean protein. If your body can’t rely on carbohydrates for energy, it will start to burn fat – and that’s exactly what we want!

 Tone Up

It’s not too late to shape up for swimsuit season. The key is to become active. Burn calories every chance you get by walking, running, or even dancing. Try yoga to activate and tone your deep core muscles.

HI it is me Sheri. This is me in Hawaii In my bikini at 53. I will celebrate my 54 birthday in August 2016. I feel so good and love being able to slip into any clothes in the closet. I have energy I never thought I would have eating clean foods. I follow Haliey Pomroy’s food plan. She is my guru. I think fresh organic veggies, fruit and yoga is the key to a healthy life style. Rest and mediation and being present is key too! I think the bone marrow in the bone broth builds collagen so my skin is supple, nails and hair grow faster. Really good for acid reflux. Thanks for visiting my webpage.
